Parfait com Quinoa

Primeira camada: iogurte natural adoçado (adocei o meu com açúcar de coco), ou seu sabor de preferência

Segunda camada: Quinoa cozida misturada com canela em pó

Terceira camada: Frutas frescas, como: morango, mirtilo (blueberry), framboesa, amora, banana, etc.

Quarta camada: Cereal, granola ou o cereal de coco

Intercale as camadas e sirva imediatamente.
